Seagull Deterant

I’m just collecting the best and or worse ideas for seagull repellant for boats on a mooring. One of the worse thing is getting ready on taking guests on a day sail and finding your boat looking like a crime scene with fish carcasses, and bird feces. Right now I have the boat covered in aviator netting. It works but a bit of a pain setting up. Looking for a quicker answer. I’ve seen dead seagull decoys, owls, snakes, and cats. Seeking personal remedies that work.
