After two years hiatus in the schedule of the Melges 24 World Championships, the International Melges 24 Class Association (IM24CA) announced that the Lauderdale Yacht Club, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will host the Melges 24 World Championship 2022. The regatta is scheduled for May 9-15, 2022 with racing May 11-15. The racing venue will be open ocean, a short distance from the docking locations.
