J.R. Maxwell and his crew of Jim Schmicker and Matt Spencer (with Bryan Pryor sailing on Saturday only) won the J/22 division at the 2021 Helly Hansen NOOD Regatta Annapolis, and were also selected as the overall winner, earning a berth to compete in the Helly Hansen Caribbean NOOD Championship in October. – Full report
