Posted by Thinking of cruising with my twin 8year olds from Chesapeake Bay (Choptank Area) to L.I. Sound /Block Island. Kids have been sailing since 8 months and we did several long bay trips the last two summers. I have not done this journey before and wish to do it with another boat or two, preferably with another family or two that has kids.
