The registration deadline is approaching for the “this could be the last time” 2023 Baja Ha-Ha. In the first 28 years, 3,500 boats and nearly 15,000 sailors have done the Baja Ha-Ha, the 750-mile cruisers’ rally from San Diego to Cabo San Lucas, with R&R stops at fun and funky Turtle Bay and spectacular Bahia Santa Maria. For a combination of reasons, it’s very possible that this 29th edition will be the last of this unique rally.
